Provider: Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (parent company Google LLC, USA).

  • GA4 is a service provided by Google Ireland Ltd. Data is collected via cookies and similar technologies and may be transferred to Google servers outside Switzerland/EU;
  • GA4 tracks aggregated website usage (e.g., page views, time spent, navigation patterns). The Company does not use GA4 to identify individual users;
  • IP anonymization is enabled; data is presented in statistical form only;
  • GA4 runs only if the user consents via the cookie banner.

4.2 Microsoft Clarity

Provider: Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA, USA.

  • Clarity is provided by Microsoft Corporation. It records anonymized user interactions such as clicks, scrolls, and navigation patterns. Session replays and heatmaps may be generated;
  • Data may be transferred to Microsoft servers outside Switzerland/EU;
  • The Company uses Clarity solely to analyze aggregated user behavior and improve website usability.
  • Clarity runs only if the user consents via the cookie banner.

5. Data Storage and Retention

  • Personal data is stored exclusively on servers located in Switzerland. The Company implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration;
  • Analytics data is processed and stored by Google and Microsoft on their servers (which may be located outside Switzerland/EU);
  • Data is retained only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the processing purposes or to comply with statutory retention obligations.
